With its latest wonder, the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line proudly introduces its latest ship- the Icon of the Seas. This ship debuts in January 2024, ushering in a new era of cruise ship design. Billed as the “Icon of Vacations,” it combines beach escape, resort allure, and theme park adventure for an unparalleled journey.

The Icon of the Seas cruise ship features eight neighborhoods that will be active day and night, including five brand-new adventures and three returning favorites. Each neighborhood is designed to provide a distinct experience, live entertainment, and dining options.

New Neighborhoods

Thrill Island

Home of Category 6, the largest waterpark at sea, with six record-breaking waterslides. Guests will also test their nerves on The Crown’s Edge, an adventure course suspended 154 feet above the ocean’s surface.

Chill Island

Home of three of the seven pools onboard Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas. Enjoy a pool for every mood with expansive ocean views.

Surfside

Family-friendly, this neighborhood offers fun for all ages. Parents can enjoy the grown-up, Water’s Edge Pool while keeping an eye on youngsters at Splashaway and Baby Bay. There are also multiple dining and entertainment venues like an arcade and carousel.

The Hideaway

This beach club is tucked 135 feet above the ocean’s surface and features a suspended infinity pool. Another first of its kind.

AquaDome

A tranquil oasis by day and a vibrant night on the town when the sun sets. The state-of-the-art AquaTheater will provide never-before-seen aquatic performances.
