World-renowned chef and holder of 8 Michelin Stars, Thomas Keller is known for his excellence in his restaurants and his high culinary standards. His restaurants, French Laundry, Per Se, and The Surf Club, to name a few, have established a new paradigm in hospitality. It only makes sense that Seabourn, a cruise line with a reputation embodying those same values, would want to join forces. And– the pairing has born fruit in the form of The Grill by Thomas Keller.

Thomas Keller is the highest awarded American Chef, his restaurants are known to push the boundaries of creativity and elevate the hospitality field. Having developed such renown, good luck finding a reservation at one of his land-based restaurants. Reservations at The Grill, however, are available to all Seabourn guests and the meal is included with your cruise.

The menu at The Grill uses hand-selected artisanal ingredients, of the highest quality. Guests are treated to new approaches to traditional french chophouse cuisine with favorites like Lobster Thermidor and a tableside Ceasar Salad preparation.

However, true to Chef Keller’s philosophy, other offerings are designed to tease a guest’s palate into unexpected menu items you never knew you needed, like the terrine of moulard duck foie gras.
